Hello! I'm a professional looking to rent out a room in the flat that I’m currently renting.

Centrally located flat on Tower Bridge Road SE1. Tesco and Sainsbury located within 5 mins walk and close to Bermondsey Street with lots of cafes and restaurants
2B 1B. Room to be let is the bigger one of the 2 and is furnished with queen bed, closet, sofa, study desk + chair, and chest of drawers
12-15 mins walk from London Bridge station (underground and train) with bus links to central London within walking distance

Suitable for professionals working near London Bridge or the City.

I typically work long hours during the week (mostly from the office, though I will be working from home couple of days) and rest/recharge over the weekend spending time with friends, eating out etc.

In terms of potential housemates, I would like to find someone amiable whom I could get along with while still respecting each other's personal space, but am down to grab a pint at the pub or drinks to unwind. I typically try to keep things clean/tidy and share cost for a fortnightly cleaner.
