2 double rooms in Waterloo!

Hi! My flatmates have decided to move north of the river so I’m looking for 2 girls to join me on a 1-year lease in a nice 3-bed in Waterloo from September😊 I’ve been here for 5 years now and just cannot seem to be able to leave this location! Looking for some girls who like to make the flat a home, and are keen to do the occasional movie/series/dinner night together. I’m about to be 25, but pretty chill with age and more focused on having a friendly flat where we all get along together well.

Flat: honestly such a steal for being so central. Nice big kitchen and separate lounge which is great if you do want to have some people over. Multiple people have also said the couch is quite comfy to crash on 😉
There’s a desk in the living room as well which we use when WFH.
We have got a bathroom with toilet, and then a separate toilet as well.
Landlords are very responsive and pretty helpful as well when needed.

Location: extremely well located between Waterloo and Blackfriars(south side) station. 2min from Southbank! Loads of things to do around and you never have to be bored.

A bit about me: I am originally from the Netherlands, work here in London as an interior designer 😁 I am an early morning person and can usually be found in the gym before work. Throughout the week I love to just chill around the flat mostly, or have a trip to the theatre. In my free time I usually see friends, go to the theatre, plan (diving) trips and read.

Bills: usually come to 100 and we currently sort it all out on Splitwise as we all have different bills we pay-keen to keep doing that.

Lease: 1y lease starting September 3rd - landlords have previously been happy to continue renting so definitely possibility to stay for longer.
