I’m leaving my current flat on August 4th and looking for someone to replace me in a flatshare with two other guys aged 23-25. The flat is available short term until September 26th.
The flat is very well located near the Tate and 5 minutes walk from london bridge. The flat has a balcony and access to a rooftop with a beautiful view over London, perfect for summer nights.
We are looking for someone that is clean and tidy, and happy to hang out in the evenings, watch sports, go to the pub etc..
The current rent is £1100 per month for the room and bills are c.£100 per month per person.
