Description
We are renewing our tenancy and are looking for a third flatmate as our current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend
About the flat:
- It's a 10 min walk from London Bridge station for the Jubilee / Northern line and trains - and also within walking distance from the City.
- It's very close to Bermondsey Street and Tesco / Sainsbury's supermarkets, which are less than 5 minutes away, or Lidl 14 minutes away).
- The flat is on two levels, and the whole of the upper level is for the large living room and the kitchen.
- You'll share the flat with two friendly, quiet, tidy flatmates (25 and 27 years old). One of them has an ensuite room so you'll only share the bathroom with the other one.
- The building is well kept with a concierge.
The room will be available from mid / late September and we can try to work around your requirements.
The building is situated on Bermondsey Street close to art galleries, coffee shops and bars. It is a calm and peaceful place to live in the week and quite lively on the weekends.
Council tax is £863 per year per tenant (band F = £2,589 for 3).
In total, energy bills + water + wifi + council tax end up at c.£150 per person per month.
