Postcode is SE1, nearest tube station is vauxhall, out by the river and you can see Big Ben and the London Eye. I'm trying to see if I can find a flatmate to renew it.
The landlord is very nice, all the furniture in the house is slightly different from what's shown in the pictures.
I have everything in the house you can just move in with you luggage without any extra, I am very easy-going and respectful.
I don't have any requirements for a roommate as long as they're clean (if you are not, I'm fine with a few more cleaning lady coming) and don't make a lot of noise in the mornings because I need to sleep in the early mornings, no parties pls. anything else is fine.
Cleaning lady come around every 2-3 weeks, all the bills separated half.
