I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room as she is sadly leaving the UK

🛌 About the room: it’s a spacious double bedroom which is fully furnished & it has amazing view facing canary wharf.

🏢 The flat is on the 15th floor with the best views over London you could possibly get.

🌆 We’ve got a spacious living room with couch, tv and balcony facing tower bridge and the shard. There’s also a communal roof terrace ideal for summer nights with friends on the 5th floor overlooking the Thames.

☎️ There’s 24h concierge service, they’re all super friendly and happy to help with any queries you might have regarding transport/ parcels etc.

🚆 Bermondsey station is roughly 7min walk away
London Bridge 12min
Bus stop to Shoreditch and central in front of the door
Tesco/ Sainsbury’s both ~5min walk away

👨‍👩‍👧 A little about the current flatmates. We are both professionals working in the city full time, Tommy has his own en-suite and works in the office 5 days a week. You will be sharing a bathroom with Vic, hence why it is females ideally, sorry! I work from home a couple of days a week but primarily am in the office.
We are both pretty chilled people, and have our owns lives but find time to have the occasional flatmate evening out.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy. This is not a party flat but we do have friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally and wouldn’t mind you doing the same!

Bills come up to roughly £200, with a cleaner included in this price.
