2 Bedrooms to let in cute 3bhk!

Hi! I’m looking for two flatmates for a 3BHK near Dunton Road.
There is great connectivity with a couple of different bus routes around and the Bermondsey station is only 10 mins away by walk.

There is a big Tesco 7 mins (walk) away, Lidl 10 mins away and a bunch of small grocery stores nearby. Old Kent road is also close (walking distance) so there are a lot of great places around.

I have been living here for a year and love this place!

As for the house, the flat is on the third floor and there is one kitchen, one small lounge and a balcony that is connected to another room (but we all usually have access to it).

The rooms are fully furnished and come with:
-large closets
- A queen size bed
-Study table+chair (the desk is quite big)
-A small rack of shelves

The is one water closet and one bath in the house.
There is a lot of storage space in the rest of the house as well (in case you have a lot of stuff to bring with!

Other amenities in the house include:
-Vaccuum cleaner
-Washing machine
-Dishwasher
-Tool boxes
-Shoe rack
-Central heating system

The bills are not included in the rent but usually come out to be around 70/month/person (internet, gas, electricity, water).

My lease ends on the 10th of October but there may be a possibility of renewing the lease after that with the current flatmates in case you are interested.

I am looking for flatmates to move in 10th of October since that is when I renew my lease.
