Hi all - we have a room available in 4 bed flat close to Southwark / Borough / Waterloo stations.
The room will be available from the end of November, but there is flexibility on move in dates if needed.
It’s a small room, but we’re lucky to have a large shared living room with plenty of space to work at the table. There's a separate fully stocked kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with bath and v decent shower. The shared living room is a bit of a gem and there's also on-street permit parking, and a large storage room/drying room next door shared with 1 other flat.
Sharing with 3 flatmates - all hybrid working:
- Charlotte, 26, works in marketing
- Sunny, 27, works in social media marketing
- Christie, 25, works in design/art
We’re super easy going, tidy and sociable and can often be found chilling in the living room with a cup of tea or a beer. We are looking for someone like-minded to move in. Between us we have a bunch of hobbies and are always involving each other in the latest activities.
- Rent: £766 per month currently (reduced from £806 in agreement with landlord as there were works going on in the building which have now completed, but will increase in August when contract renews or when the scaffolding comes down)
- Bills: not included - approx. £120 per month currently, but subject to change
- Deposit: £837.50 (to be paid to the flatmate moving out)
- Fees: £50 (to change name on tenancy agreement)
- Cleaner: included in bills, cleans communal areas fortnightly
Accessibility: 3rd floor with no lift, so may not be suitable if you need a more accessible place

Amazing location - we're right in the centre of a really fun area with so many restaurants, cafés, pubs, theatres and markets. You can also walk right into Central and easily access most of South London too.
