Location: SE1 5XQ - Well connected and in heart of London, 15 minutes to London Bridge and Elephant and Castle tube station by bus. Bus stop is literally 1 min from the building

Fully furnished and well-equipped flat with a balcony
Main bathroom exclusively for you (I have an ensuite)
Double bed with mattress, cupboard and a chest of drawers in the room
Amazing rooftop access
Well-insulated flat with minimal need for heating in winter

Convenience:
Asda right across the road
Tesco superstore 10 minutes walk
Pharmacy and ATM in Asda
Post office 10 minutes walk
Numerous eateries nearby with McDonald's and Subway across the road
Bills: Not included, usually £180-200 per person per month

About Me:
Indian male professional
Works from home 2-3 days a week
Relaxed but prefer a clean and hygienic living space
No partying at home please
Living room available for use if you work from home as i have my setup in my room
