🏠 About the property:
The flat is located on the 6th floor with elevator. it's a furnished 2-bed flat with a large open space living room, open kitchen, shared bathroom and private small balcony which can see the amazing view of the Shard and communal landscaped gardens. The available room comes with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. (we have a spare desk and chair if needed )
The flat has a gas cooker, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.
⛳️Location:
It’s a very good location to reach several parts of London,
10-15 walking distance to Elephant & Castle station, London Bridge station and Borough station.
lots of bus downstair to Central London East London and South London. for example (453, 63, 363, 21 and 42)
10 minutes walking to Tesco superstore, 12 minutes walking to Asda, 12 walking to Sainsbury’s. There’s Lidl right next to the apartment.
And 10-15 minutes walking to Bermondsey street, there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and galleries etc.
🙋♂️A bit about myself:
I work in an art gallery and I'm usually working at the office (4 days a week) I also travel quite often for work. I'm friendly, clean and considerate, I could be sociable but also being respectful for your personal space. The type of housemate I’m looking for would be easygoing, clean, tidy and friendly, if you often leave unwashed dishes over night at the sink or don’t like to keep the flat clean and tidy maybe we are not a good match.
Hosting friends over occasionally is welcome but don’t like party at the flat all the time.
💰Bills
At the moment the Council Tax band D is £150pm. Water is approximately £45pm. Electricity and Gas are £64pm. Broadband is £28.86.
it’s roughly £143.93 per person monthly, these are of course subject to change as usage varies.
🌱other:
The landlord prefers young professionals and a reference check is required.
The viewing is now scheduled around mid-November.
