Hello!
I’m Ajoa and I’ll be moving out of my flat by mid-May (possibly earlier as my move out date is TBC) so I’m looking to find a replacement flatmate asap :)
Our flat is in a lovely location - it’s a minute walk to Southwark station & 5 minutes to Waterloo station. It’s also walking distance to Borough Market, the Tate and the London Eye!
My room has a double bed, big windows and a built-in wardrobe. Bills are around £90-100pm (max).
About us:
There are 3 other flatmates and everyone works either part time or full time (in retail, for a non-profit and in consulting). The girls all very chatty & friendly and although we all have different busy schedules we enjoy catching up while we cook or on the weekends.
Ideal flatmate:
- is someone who is quiet and respectful of the flat rules! (E. g. no loud noise especially at night)
- Is clean (willing to follow our weekly cleaning rota, clean up after yourself etc)
- Responsible (we use Splitwise to divide bills up and promptly pay each other back each month)
- Communicative
We have a good system that works so hopefully we can find someone who is equally as organised!
We are not looking for:
Shift workers (specifically night or early morning shift workers), couples, students or anyone with food requirements/allergies :)
No smokers either please!
Additionally, although we all have people round from time to time, we’d prefer to not have guests over frequently and for long periods.
