Double Room in Bermondsey

We are looking for a person or a couple to replace us in a double room. The house is in a quiet estate, just 5 minutes away from Asda and a bus stop with multiple lines till central London.

Rent:

First month (from 11th February as move in date): 660£
Monthly payment: 1.100£
Deposit: 1.142£

The agency Folio will have to do a check of your income before moving in and they will be in charge of your payments from march.

*Bills are not included, roughly 100£/month (energy, WiFi, council tax)

The house:

The room is in the second floor. There is a double bed, a desk, a little bookcase and a huge built-in wardrobe. Next to the room, you have a bathroom that will be shared with the other tenants, but only the shower as the other room in the house has a private toilet.

The actual tenants of the other room have a dog. So it’s important that you’re happy about this.

There’s a living room and a kitchen with all the amenities. Also you will have a fridge only for you.

There’s also a patio at the back.
