About the space:
The bedroom is sunny and spacious (for two people and all their stuff easily!), overlooking the flat’s courtyard and part of the local part. Gets lovely sun for those slow mornings in bed. Comes unfurnished so you can make it your own.

Theres a shared living room which overlooks the park and has great views of the shard. This space is furnished but you’ll be welcome to add your own touches to make it feel like home!

The kitchen and bathroom both have shelves empty and waiting for you, and also overlook the courtyard - looking out at the birds as you do the dishes is always a plus!

There’s also a smaller spare room for if family or friends visit!

Rent + bills comes to about £1100 a month.

About us:
We are two professionals from Australia who are looking for a new housemate to join us. We are a couple, so housemates must be LGBT+ friendly.

Lola is 32 and enjoys boardgames, musical theatre, escape rooms, and any other way to express her nerdiness! She loves a dinner party with friends or a coffee in the park.

Shae is 28 and is happy for a quiet night in or going out for drinks with mates. She’ll happily share photos of her dog back home if that’s what you’re into!

We’re looking for someone to share our home with- happy for occasional flatmate dinners and hangouts but won’t be offended if we’re exhausted from work and need some introversion time!

We’re clean and tidy, our friends say we’re delightful (and we didn’t even have to bribe them much)- send us a message if we sound like a good fit!

Please note, this would be a long term sublet with an option to join the tenancy after 6 months.
