Hi, I’m looking for a reliable female student or professional to sublet my double bedroom to for 2 months from 8th June (negotiable) until 20th August 2025, with possibility to extend lease until August 2026.

- Small but cosy and bright double bedroom with desk, wardrobe, mirror, and under-bed storage
- Newly refurbished shared bathroom with shower and toilet
- Small but cosy kitchen with two fridges, electric cooker and oven, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, and ample cupboard space
- 3rd floor flat (no lift), lovely balcony with great view of the Shard

💷 Rent:
- £850 per month with all bills included (electrics/gas, water, wifi, council tax) + £500 deposit refundable at end of sublet
- I’m subletting until the end of my tenancy (August 2025) but the property is managed by an agency - any issues can be forwarded onto the on-hand maintenance team.
- After the sublet ends in August 2025, you can sign a new 12-month lease with the other flatmates until August 2026!

📍 Location:
- 3 min walk to Borough Station (Northern line), 7 min walk to London Bridge Station (Northern/Jubilee lines, National Rail) - can see the Shard from the bedroom window and flat balcony!
- Bank/Monument just a 20 minute walk away
- Tesco Express and Puregym 3 min walk away, Sainsburys Local 5 min walk away

👭🏽 Flatmates:
- You’ll be sharing the flat with two other clean and sociable female students and professionals, so we’re looking for another woman too (this is non-negotiable!). We all have our own busy lives but enjoy socialising, keeping active but also spending time at home.
- We buy communal essentials together (toiletries, cleaning supplies) and respect everyone’s space by tidying up after ourselves and complying with the cleaning rota.
