Looking for a friendly considerate fun social flatmate to share a place near London Bridge/Bermondsey.

- Sydney-sider turned London transplant, just moved here for work (July '25 arrival). 🦘💂
- Young-ish Professional in Tech Industry (how groundbreaking lol...🙄😂)
- ☕Coffee enthusiast (love my Australian coffee).
- 🏃🏊‍♀️ 🧘🧗🏽Try to stay active (swim, run, gym, yoga, climb - bonus pt if you're a climber! :-))
- 🌏Multi-lingust
- 🎭Theatre kid (play the piano & love going to plays/musicals)
- 🧠 🎲Enjoy good intelligent conversations, board games & video games.

About the Place (Photos attached):
- Converted warehouse unit within the famous Alaska Buildings
- 2 Bed, 2 Baths (I'll have the en-suite and you'll have your own bathroom)
- Secure & gated building complex with Concierge.
- Pleeeenty of storage & the room fits a double bed.
- Your room is unfurnished - However, you only need a bed for the room (and the landlord knows someone who's selling a bed). I am currently in the middle of furniture shopping for the common room. Not expecting you to buy furniture, as I am the main tenant.
- ~15-min walk to Bermondsey Station (Jubilee Line)
- ~17-min walk to London Bridge Station (Northern Line + Jubilee + National Rail)
- ~10-min walk to Bermondsey Street where there are heaps of bars, pubs, restaurants .
- ~8-min walk to Bermondsey Beer Mile
- Available Aug 1 (I'll be moving into the place on the same day too - ideally I'd be keen to meet beforehand and can organise viewing too).

Ideally looking a housemate who...
- is young professional and/or creative/artistic/musical, but open-minded as long as they pay rent on time 😆
- is clean/tidy 🧴🧼
- likes/LOVEs dogs (did I tell you I have a dog? 🐶)
- respects private space, but also can be social 🍷🍸🍾
- can hold conversations💬🗣️
