Large flat nr Bermondsey Str, with gardens!

I’m gutted to be leaving my three bed two bathroom flat, in central London Bridge / Bermondsey Street, with fab flatmates.

About the room:
The bed is an ottoman bed, so between the closet and under the bed, there's plenty of storage space. I've got my desk set up in the living room, which is very spacious. Additionally, you'll get your own bathroom! It's not an ensuite, but it's agreed that the bathroom is for private use. I’ve put in blackout curtains too which I’ll be leaving behind. Will be leaving the mirror too, but the other bits will be coming with me.

About the flat:
The flat is located on the first floor of a gated flat complex just off Bermondsey street. There are two private gardens within the complex, perfect for lunching or drinking prosecco in the summer. There's a ton of coffee shops, restaurants, and shops within a minute or two walk. It's about a 6 minute walk to London Bridge station, so very well connected. The flat itself is very spacious. It has a full kitchen and a large separate living room. We have a washing machine, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as central heating. Plenty of space to WFH (Lauren works from office most days and Bethany flexes WFH in her room and office).

About the flatmates:
Lauren is a 33-year old working in Finance. She's great to live with - keeps the place tidy, but not obsessively so. She understands there should be a good balance between your own time and being social - there have been plenty of tv nights but also gym classes/runs together!
Beth, 33, also works in finance. Orignally from NZ, and has been in London for nearly 5 years. Plays social netball and loves to frequent the local Bermondsey food markets!

Rent is £984 not including bills, we have a biweekly cleaner too for £74.

Move in date would be Sun 4 Oct, but can be flexible for earlier if it worked. The tenancy is up for renewal in March - each time this has come up we’ve just extended it again and previously managed to lock in 2 years at an agreed rent. Contracts will need to be signed from your chosen move-in date until renewal date to start with.
