We have one spare room in a 3 bed apartment. The room gets great morning light and has a comfortable double bed, shelves and chest of drawers. There is a desk which can be left by the current tenant for an agreed amount. You will share a full bathroom with one other flat mate.

The flat is located on the top floor in a secure and quiet building at the southern end of lively Bermondsey St. which has nice shops, bars and restaurants and even a little cinema. Borough Market and Maltby St Market are 10-15 minutes away. There is a Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express 2 minutes away and a large Tesco and Asda nearby.

We are well connected to public transport – London Bridge station (Northern & Jubilee Tube lines, Overground, mainline trains, and a bus station) is 10 minutes to the north. Borough station (Northern Line) is slightly closer. Buses C10, 42, 78, 188 and 1 stop directly outside the building and there are countless other bus services from Old Kent Road and London Bridge. There is a secure bike parking area in the building.

We have a big kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Our large, sunny living/dining room has a nice TV with freeview and we have fast wireless broadband throughout.

Rent is £685 and the deposit is £850. There will be an agency fee and you will have a contract directly with the agency, who will also do a basic credit check prior to tenancy acceptance. We ask you to pay £100 as part of the deposit in advance to secure the room.

Total bills come to about £95 per month for Virgin Media internet, gas & electricity, water and Council tax. These are not included in the rent above.

We are two Irish young professionals and would like another young professional. Excellent spoken English is desirable. Kirsty works in Media, while Orlaith is a Pharmacist. We both have busy lives but would like a flatmate who is open to joining us for drinks, dinner or to the occasional gathering of friends in the flat. We like to treat the flat as our home and keep it neat and cosy. We like to keep a fairly quiet flat during the week.
