Good sized double room in excellent location

Hi,
Available as of 1st Sept is a really great double room in a super location in central London. The living space consists of an open plan lounge and kitchen, which while not being huge, has been more than enough for all three of us. You would be sharing a bathoom with just one person as the other room has an en suite.

The room:
The room is a good sized double room with ample space for all clothing and furniture needs. I currently have a bed side table, a desk, TV stand, wardrobe and book shelf. The desk will go with me but everything else will stay.

The flatmates:
The fantastic room mates you would be living with are:
Juliet - a French PHD student
Hang - a Chinese accountant
Everyone works hard in their day job and likes to work harder at relaxing after. Expect DVD nights in, wine and cooking dinner for each other on the odd occasion. Plus nights out enjoying the city.

The area:
If you want to be close to the city with great travel links this is the place for you! A short walk away are London Bridge, Bermondsey and Borough (all 15mins). Getting anywhere is never an issue. Within 30 seconds of the flat are several bus routes which take you to Canada Water/Aldwych/Tottenham Court Road/Russell Square/Shoreditch so exploring London really is not difficult.

In the immediate area you have a Sainsburys (1min walk), a big Tesco (10min walk), several restaurants and bars on Bermondsey Street and its just 20mins to Borough Market which is definitely worth a visit at least once a week!

You:
What we are looking for in my replacement is; someone who is social and outgoing but also likes their own space and is respectful of others. Other than that, we are not too picky and very chilled. We arent clean freaks, but we do like to make sure we dont live in a dive.

I am genuinely gutted to be leaving the flatmates, the flat and the area as all three have been excellent.
