One bus to Liverpool street, Canada water, Waterloo or Camberwell under 20 minutes

The area is vibrant with sophisticated boutiques and independent cafés, rope walk market, bermondsey antique market, borough market, white cube gallery, Tate modern all nearby! That's why I love this area so much! I believe anyone who enjoy art and something unique will love this area too~ A tennis court just right in front of the flat, good for someone likes tennis also good view

There are two bathrooms in the flat, so one will be yours mostly.
the flat is equipped with wifi, TV, washing machine, oven, balcony and all the basic things. also with ADT security system.

Something about me: I am in my 20s and I work in art and design, I like cooking, movies, nature and beautiful things. I would say I cook very well and I keep the flat clean so you will have a pleasant stay with me:) I sometimes have friends coming for dinner but never a fan of loud parties.

I hope my tenant and I have a good time staying together, I m quite peaceful no drama so I hope you do too. I am looking for a professional lady who is clean, respect sharing areas, keep noise down at night and maybe sometimes have fun together~ since this is my house I hope you respect no visitors rule
