The flat (little house as we call it) is split over two floors. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry cupboard. Downstairs there is another bedroom next to the kitchen and a separate downstairs toilet with further storage available under the stairs too. The downstairs room overlooks the garden with windows across the entire back wall.

The best thing about this property, especially in the centre of London, is the garden which is great for BBQ's or working outside!

It is located under a 10 minute walk to both London Bridge, Borough station and elephant and castle with a large number of buses running through the old Kent roundabout. Secure bike storage is available too and back gate access.

The property really does have such a homely feel to it. We are really keen to have a home rather than a rental place and will be looking for a housemate who is sociable, clean and tidy. Looking for flatmates around the age 22-27, female please.
