We are looking for a quiet, clean and tidy person to share our cosy flat in a green (we are surrounded by trees) and quiet location (off the road) right by the riverside, 3-5min walk to Greenwich University, 2 min walk to Greenwich park and 10 sec to the riverside!

The room has got a huge 4 mirror doors wardrobe, bookcase, desk and a chair, double bed. All windows are double glazed - keeps it warm. No mold. The flat itself is converted therefore the kitchen is tiny and there is no living room but for us it is not an issue as the location is the priority - if you are from around, you know how stunning it is!

£750 per month covers rent + water + internet. Gas and electricity is shared between all every 3 months.
No pets, No smoking, No scent burning.
All standard amenities included: WI-FI, fridge, cooker, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, blender, hoover etc.
