Flat share in a new building SE10

Hello everyone,
I have a room in the flat I’m living in available to take from September 22nd.
Contract is 1 year but can be negotiated for less time with the landlord but it might be with additional costs. (Depending on himself)

The apartment is a 3 bed flat, you will share the bathroom with another girl, 32-year-old, Italian chef in a private club.

For my part, I have been in charge of this apartment for a little more than 2 years, my name is Joachim, I am French, 32 years old, I work in retail and I also have my own clothing brand that I want to develop here in London so I am looking for someone serious, professional but also who knows how to live in a very friendly house share :)

The room is £900 without bills (£150
bills which includes council tax, water, electricity, gym 24h, concierge 24h)
Visits can be done at any time in the evening, but also by video call.
