Spacious room to let in Larkwood Avenue

Roommate wanted. My current roommate is moving back to her place at the end of May and I am looking for a roommate to move in from June 1st 2025.

Spacious room for rent in a new and fully furnished apartment in the Larkwood Avenue, a few minutes walk from Deptford Bridge (between Lewisham and Greenwich). The apartment was recently built and is fully equipped (new kitchen, dishwasher, spacious fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, automatic heating and more). The apartment consists of a large balcony, a spacious living room and kitchen, two rooms, a hall and a small room for storage (in which the washer/dryer are located).

The location is ideal as the apartment is a 1 minute walk from bus stops (to Lewisham/Greenwich/ Deptford DLR and train stations), 10 minutes from Lewisham Station, 5 minutes from DLR - Elverson Road. In addition, it is located 15 minutes walking distance from Greenwich Park and Cutty Shark. With DLR it is 20 minutes to Canary Wharf, 30 minutes to Bank and Moorgate. The area is quiet and safe, ideal for families and young professionals.

The rental cost (monthly) is £1000 for the room, ~£70 council tax and ~£40 internet, water and electricity.

I am looking for a roommate who is a professional and as required by the owner of the apartment:
Has a monthly income of ~3x the room rent
Has the right to work in the UK (pre-settled, VISA, ...)

In addition, non-smokers fall in the ideal profile.
