Small double room in a new build apartment

Hey everyone!

Myself (Megan) and My housemate Cameron are looking for someone to join our 3 bed apartment that’s situated inbetween Greenwich and Lewisham!

The apartment itself is a new build and we’ve been living here for 3 years! The tenancy would begin in mid September.

It’s situated both a 10 min walk from Greenwich and Lewisham overground station which is 10 minutes into London Bridge and Waterloo, and 8 minute walk to the DLR which can get into bank in 25mins! There’s also a big Tesco just 6 minute walk away!

About us:
Myself (26) ICU nurse, and Cameron (23) waiter/bartender who met on here last year and became flat mates. Our other flat mate is leaving as she is moving in with her boyfriend!

We’re both clean and tidy. Both avid gym goers and Cameron is working towards becoming a personal trainer. We both enjoy watching sports and hanging out with friends and would love for someone likeminded to join us!
We’re the first people to be living in the flat and it’s nice and modern.

The room is the smallest in the flat, however still has a double bed, chest of draws, and a separate room opposite which is a walk in wardrobe room! Myself and Cameron have fully furnished the rest including a coffee machine etc. we also have lots of plants!

The room is around £900 per month (awaiting to see the rent increase) + bills which usually come to around £100-150! Deposit is £903.85

The flat would be ideal for someone who either works in the office/workplace/hybrid works because there isn’t a desk space in the room however there is a lot of dining space. I work a mixture of shifts including night shifts so that would need to be respected as I sometimes need to sleep in the day time. Whilst we love a spontaneous night we aren’t really a ‘party house’.
