I am looking to find a replacement for the room I am renting as I am looking to relocate for work.
The room is a large double bedroom with a wardrobe, decent storage and a large bathroom.
You would be sharing the living room and kitchen with Andres and Gaby a couple who immensely love their cats Mittens and Kitty.
The development has a Waitrose and Costa coffee as well as 2 local pubs on the riverfront.
The place is safe and has an opportunity to hire car parking in the basement.
All and all very convenient with links on the DLR and national rail.
Greenwich is very lively, green with a big vari of activities on offer in immediate vicinity.
The letting agency asked to mentioned that:
1. The new tenant must be legally able to enter the agreement. If they don't have a UK passport then they must have a valid sharecode which we have checked and confirmed is valid.
2. The new tenant must be able to either meet the rent payment up to end of contract as a lump sum payment or to prove that they have stable employment which makes the rent affordable to them.
3. They must be willing to enter into the contract and Gabriele and Andres must be happy that the new person can move in.
