En-suite room in SE10, excellent transport

Hi there, I’m moving out of my en-suite room and am helping my current flatmates (two working professionals from Hong Kong) to find a new flatmate to continue with the lease with the landlord.

The flat includes a shared living room and kitchen which are both well maintained and very clean. Location is 5 mins walk to DLR and train station. 15 mins journey to London Bridge. No parking space. Bill comes about £120-140 / month.

Move in dates are somewhat flexible but prefer before or after Christmas so we have time to arrange, open to early Jan as well.
