I’m looking for a new flatmate to share this new build flat with me. The double room is spacious, quiet and bright, in a modern new-build flat with floor-to-ceiling windows. You’ll be just a short walk from Elverson Road DLR, Greenwich and Lewisham stations with excellent links to Victoria, Cannon Street and Bank.
The flat has a shared kitchen/living space, communal heating and super-fast Hyperoptic broadband. The building has some great extras too – a concierge (7am–9pm), co-working space, gym, communal garden, tennis courts and a secure cycle shed. Parking can also be arranged separately if needed for £150 per month.
I’m a Data Engineer working in the city 2–3 days a week. At home I’m pretty easygoing – I enjoy films, food and plants – and I’d love a flatmate who’s tidy, clean, considerate and friendly. I’m happy to socialise but equally understand giving each other our own space. The flat is pet-friendly (cats especially welcome!) and plant-friendly too. My partner Noor is looking to move in within the next 1-2 months, so ideally you should be comfortable sharing with a couple.
