A little pre note before the note. I have a dog(shown in the pics), so the person coming should not mind sharing with a pooch.
The room is a double with only 1 other flatmate (me)
All bills except electricity and gas are included.
We may decide to organise a cleaner every couple of weeks also.
Now for the highlights, it's a lovely 2 floor house, with a beautiful garden to get some sun with your coffee every morning.
Maze hill train station is 5 mins walk away, buses are at the same.
The house is situated on a lovely quiet street with an awesome pub a few mins walk away, if you like a good craft beer and a roast.
There's a 40 inch TV with most stations including sky sports
A bit about me, I'm a 45 year old Irish guy working in finance. I'm pretty relaxed and easy going and like a top have a laugh. I'm pretty much looking for the same in a house mate.
I'm out and about quite a bit but not a fabric type of fella.
