I’m an existing renter looking for a new flatmate to replace my previous one. The flat is a modern 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on the 10th floor, with a shared open-plan living room and kitchen, balcony, and great views over London.

The available room is a furnished double with its own en-suite bathroom. The living space is well looked after and fully furnished.

I’m looking for a quiet, clean, and considerate flatmate who takes pride in keeping shared spaces tidy. I’m friendly and happy to socialise or hang out from time to time, but a relaxed, respectful home environment is the priority.

The flat is well connected, with Lewisham DLR, Greenwich, and Lewisham stations all within easy reach.
