A new flatmate needed - room available from 1 July

I am not the landlord, but have permission to rent the room. Flatmate leaves end of June.

Hi I'm Schanel 40, Civil Servant an avid gym goer and mum to a kitty named Munch.

Currently renting a lovely 2b1b flat, with balcony and shared terrace. 24hr concierge and night time security.

Location wise both Lewisham & Greenwich stations 12min walk either side, with direct links. Elverson Road DLR 6min walk.

I am a homebody that likes to relax in the evenings and early to bed 👵🏾 likely to hit the gym before day break.

I wfh 3 days, office based 1 day.

Seeking a flatmate who becomes a friend, conversations over dinner and the odd outings here and there. But if your prefer more quite time alone, I respect it.

Someone that respects and knows how to maintain a clean home. Who knows how to vibe and doesn't mind having friends over on the odd occasion.

There won't be any "booking the living room", as I like to feel relaxed and know that we can equally share a home with ease.

Room comes part furnished, depends on what you need and have.
