We’re the current tenants of this lovely 3-bedroom duplex in Blackheath/Greenwich, and as we’ll be moving out, we’re looking for two working professionals to take over our rooms through a tenancy swap (subject to landlord and referencing approval). The third tenant, a Software Engineer working in Greenwich, will be staying on and is looking for friendly, responsible, and, most importantly, clean housemates to create a comfortable and respectful home.

Bills are typically around £150 per person, per month.

The flat is spacious, bright, and very well maintained, featuring a large kitchen and dining area, a generous living room, a guest WC downstairs, a dedicated work-from-home space with fast Wi-Fi, and access to a communal garden.

- Female working professional only, as the bathroom is shared

- Greenwich Park – 15 minutes

Transport links are excellent:

- Elverson Road DLR – 5–6 minutes
- Lewisham and Greenwich stations – around 10 minutes
