ABOUT ME

I’m Jakub, a 27-year-old PhD student at Imperial working in computational biology. I also do some contracting for startups.

I’m friendly and enjoy an occasional chat, while also valuing privacy and having a calm home where we can both relax. This is a comfortable, non-party flatshare rather than a large or highly social household.

I’m looking for one professional or student who is friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy. If you work or study in research, technology or startups, we may have some interests in common, but your background is not important.

TENANCY

This will be an official change of occupancy through JLL, not an informal sublet. The incoming tenant will need to complete the usual referencing and right-to-rent checks and receive the landlord’s approval.
