Large ensuite double in newly refurbished house

Available for 2 months - Large recently renovated double room with stunning en-suite bathroom and all new furniture with ample storage space in a large, freshly refurbished 3-storey, 4 bedroom house. Located on a residential street just 5 minutes’ walk to Elephant & Castle Tube (Bakerloo & Northern Line).

We’re 3 guys (2 gay, 1 not), not a clubby household and have a cat. We work fairly long office hours and like to relax at home.

The house is end of terrace with front, back and side gardens, so neighbours only on one side. There is a large separate lounge and dine-in kitchen.

To make things easy we have two washing machines, dishwasher and two large fridge freezers.

Price includes all bills and weekly cleaner including ironing work shirts and even changing bed sheets.
