Central Double Room

Location/travel: Very central location. 5-10 minute walk to both Kennington and Vauxhall tube stations, 15 minutes to Southbank, numerous bus options, Boris bikes right outside, and less than a 20 minute walk to the Houses of Parliament! Great pubs in every direction!

Your room: Double. You would have your own big bathroom (with a bath) right next door to your bedroom.

The flat: The room and the flat come fully furnished. The flat is big, clean and is excellent condition. There's a balcony off the kitchen/living area. The building is very secure and safe.

Flatmate: you would be living with Becs, a 28 year old female professional. She's looking to live with a professional person (or couple) who also lead a busy work and social life, but happy to catch up and chill together in the living room/kitchen when you're both in.

Bills: Around £100 a month, and ideally we would also get a cleaner once a month but happy to discuss that.

Agency is super responsive and easy. We would 100% not want to leave this flat if we're were not moving away.
