Large double bedroom in zone 1

Hello! This is Cecilia, Stella and George. We're currently looking for someone to rent a large double bedroom in our house on Lambeth Walk, a quiet residential street, with shops nearby and the river only a two minutes walk away!!!

You'd be sharing the house with us: Stella, an Italian violinist and music teacher, Cecilia, an Italian florist; and George, who works in the wine industry. We're all vegan/vegetarian, but you don't have to be!

The house has 4 bedrooms, a small living room, a large kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a garden!

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a bookshelf, with plenty of space left for a desk, a chest of drawers or anything like that (please note that the white bookshelf you see in the photos doesn't come with the room).

Closest tube stations are Vauxhall, Kennington and Lambeth North (all about 10 minutes walk away) it's also a 15/20 minutes walk away from Waterloo and the House of Parliament.

Bills are roughly £90 each per month.
