The standard rent to be paid to the complex each month is £2,100 and the deposit for the apartment is £2,423, but since I am paying £1,000 of this you are effectively paying only £1,423 and have the ability to receive the full deposit of £2,423 back.

Option 1: Lease through September 30th with no break clauses. Average rent after the deposit discount would be £1,900

Option 2: Options to break at any month from May 31st through September 30th. Average rates after discount according to lease end are as follows - June 30th (1,600), July 31st (1,766.67), August 31 (1,850)Y

Building is centrally managed and secure (~3 years old), with 24 hour concierge, and onsite management/ maintenance. Parking is optional (not included) in the basement. gym and sky lounge are closed temporarily but possibly open during the tenancy.
