We have recently bought a new property so are looking for someone to take over our rental tenancy.
Our contract runs until April 2021. We pay £2,121 pcm + bills, but we’re happy to subsidise the rent so that it only costs you £1,750 pcm. We will pay the subsidy as a lump sum on the day you move in. This is to ensure we find a tenant quickly, otherwise it costs us a whole lot more to rent an empty flat!
It’s a fully furnished apartment on the 24th floor with Made. com furniture and Siemens appliances. There’s an onsite gym, concierge, bike storage, underground parking, and a sky lounge on the 45th floor that gives 360 views of London.
The tower is called ‘Uncle Elephant & Castle’ and is a couple minutes walk from Elephant & Castle station, or around 10 minutes from Kennington station.
