Past sharers have been working professionals and interns often new to the city wanting a fast commute and a secure base.
Use of bathroom and kitchen . We travel a lot when the living room and balcony are yours.
All bills ( gas, electricity, council tax and fast fibre broadband, and household expenses included) .Desk and Tv in room if wanted.
We are a retired professional couple and this is our London base.

SHORT TERM RENTAL

Adjustment to rent will be to £45 a night for the minimum 2 week stay (bedding and towels provided).
