Double room ( single occupancy ) will be available 3 minutes from Kennington tube northern line and 6 minutes from the Elephant and Castle, Bakerloo and northern lines.
Buses outside to all over London
Gardens, parks, great restaurants gyms and leisure centre this is a very vibrant area.
Past sharers have been professionals and interns often new to the city wanting a fast commute and a secure base.
Use of bathroom and kitchen . We travel a lot when the living room and balcony are yours.
All bills gas, electricity, council tax and fast fibre broadband included. Desk and Tv in room if wanted.
We are a retired professional couple and this is our London base.
Please note we have a senior dog so animal lovers preferred.
