The 3 story house is recently refurbished with new carpeting, sofas, and tiling. Both bedrooms are spacious and come furnished with a (new) bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. One bedroom is located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor. There are 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor, both with a shower and one with a bathtub. The ground floor is open plan with a spacious, contemporary kitchen and large doors leading to a small patio. The adjacent living area is furnished with a large dining table and sofas.
