No-Smoking, No-Drinking Home With Cat.

hey, i'm looking for a friendly professional to share my home with me & cat. The price is very reasonable for a great location with excellent links across London. Just on the river opposite Parliament.
My below market value price is because I'm looking for somebody who is very cat friendly, a non-smoker, non-drinker & definitely no drugs. it's a large double bedroom with new 5 door wardrobe and large drawers. I also have lots of storage space.
There is a brand new high end kitchen and new bathroom but admittedly the bathroom is small.
The decent sized shared living room has large comfy sofa 55 inch TV and printing facilities.
The other conditions are not a lot of visitors as the cat may not settle with that change in her circumstances.
Lastly, this will be a lodgers agreement rather than a tenancy. If both parties feel 6 months has worked well , a longer agreement is most definitely available.
