Room in our cozy flat

Hey! We‘re looking for a flatmate in our cozy 5-person flat in elephant & castle for July and August. The flat is two stories, has a backyard and a terrace, a dining room, a very big kitchen and two big bathrooms with one bathtub.
Two flatmates will be gone over the summer so there will just be two of us with you. We’re both studying in London and we’re really kind and fun. The flat is super cozy and very close to everything! You reach elephant and castle within 3 minutes and the Themse, Big Ben and Tate modern are reachable by foot. With public transportation you will be in Soho, the City of London and Westminster in less than 15 minutes.
The area is really calm and quiet. We have really nice neighbors.
