Hi everyone,
I'm looking for someone to fill my space in this amazing house in Elephant & Castle, since I am moving out to live with my girlfriend.
The two flatmates are both friends that I also met through spare room. They're lovely - both are young professionals (28 & 29), sociable, easy going, inclusive. They'll ideally be looking for someone similar to replace me.
The property is a large Grade 2 listed house shared between the three of us, in a quiet square near the Imperial War Museum. It's been a fantastic place to live and is really well situated, with a 5 minute walk to Elephant & Castle tube station, and a 10 minute walk to Waterloo station.
You would have two rooms to yourself - a double bedroom and an attached study, both on the ground floor - along with shared use of the large kitchen, lounge, bathroom and the garden.
We deal directly with the landlady, who is also lovely and has been very quick to help us with anything related to the house.
You would see out the remainder of my existing contract, which runs to 21st March 2025, and then continue on with 6-month rolling contracts after that. The rent is £875 per month, without bills included. Initial deposit would be one month's rent.
It will be available from the week commencing 9th December.
