Big Bright Room available Southwark

I am leaving my lovely double room aas I am about to move with my girlfriend.
This lovely flat is located in a very convenient area of London, just 2 minutes’ walk from the Imperial War Museum and 8 minutes from Elephant and Castle station (Bakerloo and Northern lines).

There are also lots of great bus connections nearby. The room is £1,050 per month + bills (around £100 per month on average). We’re looking for someone to move in from 3 January. The current tenancy will run until the 21st of July.

About the other flatmates:

They are two women, 24 and 32, British and Spanish, looking for a third housemate !
They enjoy spending time together cooking, chatting, or relaxing with Netflix.

Occasionally, they’ll have a few friends over for dinner, but we’re also respectful of each other’s privacy. On weekends, they love exploring nearby food halls—Borough Market, Mercato Metropolitano and Vauxhall Marketplace are all just a short walk away! Overall, the atmosphere at home is relaxed and cosy.

A key point: we like to keep the house very tidy. We all do our part to maintain the shared spaces, and we’re looking for someone who values cleanliness as much as we do.

About the Room and House
The available room is the largest in the house. It is very bright and comes furnished with a bedframe, mattress and chest of drawers, along with additional storage space. The bathroom is shared with only one other flatmate.

The highlight of the house is the lounge, a bright and welcoming space for socialising. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge.

There is fast WiFi and are in a 5G area, perfect for working from home or hybrid setups.

Please note there’s no bike shed or garden.

What They are Looking For
