Our flat now has one double room available for a professional tenant.
We are very well connected with public transport to all parts of London via buses and the Northern line tube. The flat is very conveniently located in South London, 8 minutes walking distance to Elephant and Castle and Kennington tube stations.
There is a Tesco and Sainsbury's short walk away. There are two local gyms, restaurants, pubs, and Kennington Park nearby.

You will be sharing with two professional workers, one male and one female.
The flat is completely furnished, we do not have room for additional furniture or storage place.
We do have not a living/dining area, a double bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed and a chest of drawers, a shared kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath.
We are a quiet and peaceful house, looking for a mature housemate who is very clean/tidy, friendly, responsible, and respectful of others' space and privacy.
Cleaning is made weekly with the route; cleaning products are shared.

The preferred age range is 30+

RENT of £830 per month + one month deposit. (Bills included: gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, and water)
Minimum term of 6 months.

Pets are not allowed.
No indoor smoke is not allowed.
The double room is available now - only for one person.
