After a happy couple of years I'm moving on into my own property so this lovely flat will be available to a new tenant.

It's a very spacious studio that feels more like a one bed flat. It's got a separate full size kitchen that's larger than those in many bigger flats including a dining table. A real highlight of the flat is the massive sunny terrace (including table and lounge area) - amazing through the summer. There's also lots of storage built in so plenty of space to put everything away.

The location is as convenient as it gets - Elephant & Castle station less than 5 minutes away, both Waterloo and London Bridge within a 15 minute walk, and there are buses to pretty much anywhere in London. With all the recent development in Elephant & Castle there's plenty of choice of shops, restaurants, and facilities around. At the same time it's a surprisingly quiet street for being so central (flat is in a converted terrace building).

Will be a bit sad to leave this place, but hopefully a good opportunity for someone else!
