Hello House Hunters!

I’ve got a cracker for you! I’m Catherine, a 38-year-old Aussie living in a lovely 3-bedroom home and I’m looking to rent out the main bedroom and main bathroom (with occasional shared use) as a separate apartment.

I live in the rest of the house along with my gorgeous springer spaniel (so dog lovers only, please 🐶), and occasionally my 4-year-old daughter, who stays every other weekend and on the second Wednesday. Looking for someone who is happy to rent the front part of the house which is separate with a shared entrance. Will consider sharing the rest of the house whilst my daughter isn't home applicant dependent.

My home is my sanctuary. Definitely not a party pad! So if you’re after a peaceful, cosy space, we’ll get along just fine.

About the space:
• Spacious main bedroom & bathroom
• Close to Lambeth North, Waterloo, and not far from Elephant & Castle
• Surrounded by great pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets (all within 5 minutes’ walk!)

Women preferred, please, just to keep things simple with my daughter visiting.

Available immediately. Short term rental also fine.
