Spacious room in house share | Elephant & Castle

Hi!

We’re looking for a new housemate to take over a big 20sqm room in our house share near Elephant & Castle (5 mins from tube, train and bus stations). The room is bright and fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, dresser, nightstands, desk and desk chair - great wfh set up if needed. We have 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen and dining area, and a small back yard that gets plenty of sun in the afternoon.

About us: we’re three postgraduate students and one young professional, looking for one more professional to join the mix. We all get along really well, and while we obviously all respect closed doors, different schedules, and each other’s privacy, we love hanging out together, either spontaneously in the kitchen or going out.

We’ve all lived in flat-shares for years so we know how to keep the place tidy and be mindful of sharing space. We’re hoping to find someone with similar experience and who is looking for the social aspect of living together and not just a place to stay. And while we love having friends over, this is in no means a party house, but very friendly and relaxed.

We’re looking to start viewings asap.
