I'm moving out of my lovely flat in E&C to move in with my girlfriend and I'm looking for an easy-going, young professional to take over the tenancy and live with my flatmate, Luke.

About the flat:
The flat is well-looked-after, on the top (3rd) floor of an apartment building very close to Elephant & Castle underground station, and with easy transport links to everywhere in central London.
We have a large shared living room with a small balcony, a galley kitchen, and a shared bathroom.

Some of the fittings: washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, induction hobs, shower over bath, heated towel rail.

The bedroom available is a spacious, double room with a king-size bed. The room itself is furnished with several cupboards, a bedside table and lamp, and a large chest of drawers.

Current flatmate:
Very relaxed and easy to live with, super into cooking, fitness and video games. Looking for someone equally considerate for the space.
