Huge Attic Room With En Suite Bathroom

We are renting out a beautiful attic room with stunning views over London and an en suite bathroom. The room is furnished with extensive shelving, a large wardrobe, a pine desk, a futon and a relatively new double bed in excellent condition.
The house is a large semi with 4 bedrooms and a large, sunny garden.
We are both teachers in our late 40s and have a lovely, well behaved 11 year old son, as well as a lovely well behaved 4 year old dog!
My 22 year old son also lives here now having just graduated.
However the room to rent is on a separate floor.
The house is very quiet and so is the neighbourhood. There is plenty of safe, on drive and on street parking. It is a 10 minute walk to Lee station and Lewisham DLR is a short bus ride away.
We would be looking for a lodger who would like a comfortable, tranquil space to live and work. You would have full use of all household equipment.
We are very friendly and hospitable but would be respectful of your privacy. I teach languages and we often have visitors from abroad. We're all used to socialising with people from all walks of life.
We would also consider a Monday-Friday let at the lower rate of £550 per month.
One of our previous lodgers paid us an extra £50 a week to include all food, toilet roll etc. This option would also be available to any potential tenant.
The room will be available as soon as possible and the rental can be long or short term.
