En suite double room, third floor flat

Hi all,

My names Tam and I’m on the hunt for a lovely new Flatmate to join me in this two bed double flat in Lee, South East London. As it’s just the two of us I feel it’s important to get the right dynamic; I’d like to share with someone female identifying, late twenties to late thirties who is a working professional.

The rent is £550 before bills (Bills work out to be about £160 on top) which includes a double room and your own bathroom (photos attached)! The flat has a nice living area and separate kitchen. The room is furnished with a bed/side cupboards etc. The flat is on the third floor unfortunately there is no lift.

The flat is about a 15 minute walk to Lee Station (Zone 3) with two stops (15 minutes) to London Bridge.

The move in date would be anytime from 1st Feb and the term would be 6 months (could be longer).
The deposit would be one month’s rent.

You’d be living with me; I’m 38, a creative, friendly, respectful, clean and tidy. Pretty independent but also happy to hang out. If this suits and you fancy more info/viewing the flat send me a message.
